In life, the first wealth we need is health. Being physically fit plays a great role in person’s life, inside and out. It is also proven than someone who practices any kind of sport often has longer life than someone who doesn’t. It’s obvious, We need an active lifestyle.

To get started you need a good exercise plan, which should have warm up, stretching, cardiovascular and weight training exercises. A personalized plan will help you reach your goal either is loosing weight or gain some muscles. What is sure is that in both cases you are going to burn calories, increase the muscle to fat ratio that will increase your metabolism.

You may be very motivated but you need to go gradually, specially if you are not used to workout. The goal could be anything than to have an injury or pull a muscle out. So, again you wanna start slowly, and never go rough. You need to understand that endurance could not be built in a day, but doing your exercises repatedly will ensure you success.

A good way to go is to choose certain portion of the body you want to improve and work you plan along whit. For example, each day you go to the gym choose a portion you wanna workout, first day could be like your upper-body, biceps, chests,abs… next day your lower body, back, thighs, legs etc. But hey, every body doesn’t want to be a mass of muscles. Having bunch of muscles may not be the beauty, what about what exercises bring out from within?

let me give you some tips you wanna start doing every day so you gonna increase your beauty and health;

  • Stay sharper by reading books and other reading materials to nourish your mind. Listen to some educative audios. That’s the equivalent proportion for your mind of working out in order to keep your body in shape.
  • Reduce your stress; how? do something different, something special like going for a walk in the park or just go sit in a park, watch a movie, or even lying down in a hot tub, etc believe me doing that will reliever you and will help you from looking haggardly.
  • You can contribute to eradicate pollution but alone you can’t. Meanwhile protect yourself when you are going out. Put some creams, and other beauty products that conatin antioxidants in order to protect your skin from damages. Get some advices from a dermatologist.
  • Avoid yourself lung cancer by not smoking. Lung cancer is just one of the disease that smoking can cause you. If you are not a smoker, but hang out whit smokers, there is still a double risk; one, you start smoking, second you are running the risk of developping cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.
  • Attitude, positive outlook, smiling, all of these produce the same effect. It enlightens your day and probably the people around you. It just is as the way exercise makes people feel happier. So do positive attitude.

As a summary the least we can say is that beauty and fitness are correlated somehow. Physical exercise help us build not only the beauty outside but what we got from within.
