As a woman I am very attach to cosmetics. I can not handle to go to the office with out makeup. I admit my bag has a lot of makeup beauty products which include: facial powder, lip gloss and lipstick, blush on, eye shadows, and mascara. I just hate it to see if my face is very oily or my lips are cracked. Maybe not all women have great interest of makeup beauty products but now, it seems like, if you are not using any of it, you will feel left behind.

Our facial skin is oily. It is kind of ugly and dull if we wander on public faces wearing that pale and oily faces. It will just take a simple step if you really want to learn. Whether if it is day or night, if you are at a party, or just strolling on streets, applying makeup also depends on the occasions and places.

There are five kinds of makeup to be considered: street makeup, theatrical makeup, natural or straight makeup, makeup for photography, and corrective makeup.

The street makeup is the one that is available everywhere and can sometimes cost less money. Buying street makeup it is understood you will not be singing opera under thousands of watts of theatrical lighting. Usually it is designed for light, personal, and everyday use.

The theatrical makeup on the other hand is heavily pigmented so that it does not washout under the bright lights of the stage. It will holdup under physical stress such as dancing or singing with sweaty tenors. The style will vary with the size of the stage and audience. “Intimate” theater is a small stage, close to a small audience. Makeup for intimate theater is much more normal looking compared to makeup for a large theater where facial expressions must be projected for a thousand feet.

The normal or straight makeup is best when making a film or a video. Makeup for this application is very precise because it is assumed a shot can be made weeks apart from others that will match into the scene. Just see to it that the color is steady or consistent.

Makeup for still photography follows the same logic as makeup for film and video, except for the fact that a flash is often used. Makeup for black and white photography is supposed to be very specialized.

Corrective makeup is for people who have something to hide like scars, birthmarks and other skin discoloration. For example, if you are only trying to hide a few zits, use a “cover-up” type makeup on the spots rather than overdo it with foundation.

You can freely use makeup beauty products as long as you know what you will look like after. If you think that it is good for you look in the mirror, then go for it. Mirrors never lie anyway. For sure you can erase makeup right? What is good to makeup is that, you can reapply it anytime and anywhere you want to.

Cut Your Beauty Expenses With Natural Makeup

One look that is universally flattering, a look that makes older women look younger, which makes younger women look prettier, is the barely there, no makeup look. At least it appears as if you aren’t using any makeup. As if you were born with that radiant glow.

Eyes are sparkly. Lips and cheeks are rosy. Skin looks gorgeous. Wait a minute, is she wearing makeup. Can’t really tell. Now that’s the kind of reaction you want from people who look your way.

The idea is to wear makeup that is barely there. Apply only what you need and nothing more. Choose your colors carefully. The trick is in the color and texture of what you use on your face and how you apply your makeup.

If you have good skin, you do not even need a makeup foundation. All you need is a moisturizer with SPF and a light dusting of translucent powder for your base.

If your skin is uneven, a tinted moisturizer should help even it up yet let your skin show through so you don’t look made up.

If you have pimples, calm them down first with ice. Then apply a touch of concealer to hide them. One with a greenish tinge would neutralize the redness of these angry pimples.

If you have panda eyes, lie down, close your eyes and put a slice of raw potato over each eye. Rest for ten minutes with the potatos on your eyes and let the stuff in the potatos lighten your dark circles. Then apply concealer only on the dark circles. A yellow tinged concealer would neutralize the dark circles more effectively.

For your cheeks, if your skin is oily, then you need a powder blusher. Get a large powder brush to pick up the color. Pat the brush to dust off the excess. Then run the brush lightly over your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose to give your face that radiant glow.

If you have normal or dry skin, use a cream blush. With your finger tips, dab a tiny dot of cream blush on the apples of your cheeks and blend in thoroughly for that rosy flush.

You don’t need much eye makeup. Overdone eyes are aging. You just need two neutral shades. Maybe a light peach or beige or warm brown, depending on your skin tone. And a dark brown for contouring and lining your eyes with. Use an eyeshadow brush to apply the lighter shade over your eyelids. Then line your eyes with an eyeliner brush, using the dark eyeshadow.
Finish off with a coat of black or brown mascara. Black looks great on olive or darker skin and on brunettes while brown looks more natural on blondes.

Pick a lipstick in a rosy hue a few shades darker or brighter than your natural lip color. Use a lip brush to paint that lipstick on your lips.

If you want lip gloss, get vaseline. Put a dab of vaseline on the back of your clean, dry hand. Pick up some lipstick with your lip brush and mix that with the vaseline for that rosy tintture on your lips.. Apply the mix

Permanent makeup is quickly gaining momentum as the latest trend in cosmetic surgery. Permanent makeup application offers purely cosmetic benefits, but can also provide an enhancement to reconstructive plastic surgery.

Is Permanent Makeup for Me?

Many people dread the daily makeup ritual. Makeup can not only be expensive, but it often smudges and fades within a few hours of application. Permanent makeup can be the answer for people who want to enjoy the benefits of makeup without the attendant hassle.

Permanent makeup is also a good alternative for makeup allergies. Vision and motor skills are other common reasons to choose permanent makeup application. Applying makeup can be a difficult process for many, and permanent makeup creates flawless enhancement.

Permanent Makeup Procedure

Permanent makeup is essentially a tattoo. The procedure uses colored ink administered through a cosmetic tattooing needle. Permanent makeup application usually requires two treatments; a touch-up session about once a year may be required to maintain vivid results.

Permanent Makeup for the Eyes

Permanent eye makeup can be applied as an eye shadow or eye liner. Permanent eye liner can be performed by a certified technician in a cosmetic outpatient facility. Permanent eye shadow, however, requires expertise. Look for a certified technician with a great deal of experience.

Permanent Makeup for the Eyebrows

Permanent makeup for eyebrows is a good way to add definition to eyebrows. Many people who have experienced hair loss due to cancer treatment or conditions such as alopecia turn to permanent eyebrow applications to emulate the appearance of hair. Permanent eyebrows can also cover up hair loss due to waxing or tweezer mistakes.

The Lips and Permanent Makeup Application

Permanent makeup for the lips can create full, defined and more colorful lips. Permanent lip liner adds symmetry and definition to thinner lips. Permanent makeup for the entire lips creates full, more colorful lips. Permanent makeup applied to the entire lips can also soften wrinkles.

Combining Permanent Makeup Application With Other Cosmetic Plastic Surgery

Permanent makeup application can be combined with other forms of cosmetic plastic surgery to achieve better results. Many cosmetic reconstructive procedures, such as hair transplant and breast reconstruction require permanent makeup. For example, permanent makeup is used as part of breast reconstruction surgery to help reconstruct the areola. Risks Associated With Permanent Makeup Application

Because permanent makeup is essentially a tattoo, the risks are similar. Permanent makeup application can cause infection if needles are not sterilized. Swelling and bumps can form around the permanent makeup application. Symptoms usually subside with time. An allergic reaction to the ink is uncommon, but can create serious difficulties. There is also the risk of scars, especially among people prone to keloid formation.

The Cost of Permanent Makeup Application

The cost for permanent makeup has many variables. Some procedures require a higher level of professional expertise, and will cost more. Location of the facility is also a factor. Permanent makeup application will cost less in densely populated regions. As a general guideline, the cost for permanent makeup starts at about $350, and includes the second session. More complicated procedures can cost thousands.
